What is a montage?
A montage is a collection of pictures which capture the beauty of an individual or pair of individual’s lives.
TopWhy do people have montages made?
People have montages made for a variety of reasons including to display at weddings, sweet 16s, bah mitzvahs, corporate and other events. Montages are also commonly given as a gift because they are NOT practical. Since they offer no practical application, it becomes the perfect gift for the person who "has everything"...They don’t have this.
TopHow long will it take for me to receive my montage?
Turnaround time on slideshows depends on the method of shipping, but the slideshow is normally ready to ship within 2 days of the purchase order. If you need immediate delivery we will accommodate you, as keeping our customers happy is very important to us.
TopWhat if I’d like to add other media, such as video?
Not a problem. We can incorporate all types of media into your video at no extra charge.

The duration of montages tend to last anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending the number of pictures, the number of songs, and the type of audience who will be watching it.
TopHow many pictures will the montage include?
Most people include anywhere from 25-50 pictures in a slideshow. There is no set limit for how many pictures you can submit.
TopHow many songs will the montage include?
This depends on a few factors including whether you want songs played in their entirety, or if you want the songs to blend into each other. Most people select from 1 to 5 songs. If we do not already own the song that you request, we will purchase it for you from iTunes.

TopWhat if I would like to order additional copies of the DVD?
Additional copies can be purchased at anytime for $20 dollars per copy.
TopWhat type of packaging is used on the DVD?
The DVD will be delivered to you in its own decorative DVD case. The DVD itself will also have a picture displayed on it, usually of whoever the montage is starring.
TopWhat kind of files can I upload to my event gallery?
We only accept .jpg file formats, 3mb or less.
TopAfter I upload my photos, what do I do next?
Once you have created your event gallery, go to 'My Events' and click 'Request A Price Quote'. A representative from Elegant Slideshows will be in contact to go over the final details with finalizing your montage!
