Step 1 - Choose Photos
Choose your best photos and place them in the order you would like them to be viewed.
If sending original photos to be scanned, place sticky notes on the back in numerical order. We accept digital photos on flash drive, memory card and CD. For video clips, we accept your DVD 's, mini DVD 's or VHS tapes.
Step 2 - Choose Music
Choose your music. As a general rule we suggest 1-2 songs per 50 photos depending on the tempo and feel of your show. If you do not already own the CD, Elegant Design Productions will be happy to download and purchase any songs on your behalf from a music download service. Due to Copyright Laws, the cost for each song downloaded on your behalf must be passed on to you, the client. Prices range from $.99 - $1.29 per song in addition to the package price.
Step 3 - Discuss Needs/Supply Media
If local, we can arrange to meet and discuss your project in person. If not local or unable to meet in person, you may mail photos, and media to:

If mailing your photos and media, it is strongly suggested all items be placed in a plastic bag prior to mailing and a carrier be used that offers a tracking service. Once received, we will contact you to discuss your needs and ideas. All photos and media in the possession of Elegant Design Productions are stored in a fire and waterproof safe until they are returned to you.
Step 4 - Preview your show
A link will be sent to you once preliminary production is complete so that you may preview your video online. As our goal is complete client satisfaction, it is at this time that we welcome any feedback you may have and will make adjustments as necessary. Once approved, your video will then go to final production.
Step 5 - Enjoy your Customized Video
Production time is approx. 2-3 weeks from the date your materials and payment are received. This does not include the time it takes for delivery of your final video via tracking or postal service. We do our absolute best to accommodate Rush Orders when possible (Less than 2 weeks). There is an additional $50.00 charge for accepted Rush orders.
